About Us

The Workers’ Compensation Trust of Illinois

WCTI was established in 1981 with a goal of stabilizing workers’ compensation costs on a long-term basis for safety-driven Illinois manufacturers. The Trust enables participating manufacturing companies to pool their excellent loss results and self-insure their workers’ compensation exposure.

Members stand committed to managing progressive safety programs and are actively involved in the fair and expedient management of claims. For over 30 years, they’ve shared the philosophy that their employees are their greatest asset and that a safe workplace is their highest priority.
