The WCTI Loss Control Team is pleased to present a more humanistic approach and methodology to supporting people when dealing with risk. This session will provide attendees information on elements of behavior based safety. Highlights include:
- How we make sense of decisions and judgments particularly about risk
- Methods we use today and ideas that make the process more “humanistic”
- Helping leaders draw employees in and involve them and why this is important.
This training session fills a critical gap in managing safety on how to deal with people, our most precious resource.
Attendees will be provided with ideas and tools that can easily be integrated into existing programs.
Anyone interested in learning more about people, about why we do what we do and how we make sense of things is encouraged to attend.
The Speakers are all six members of the WCTI Loss Control Team:
Bob Wasick, Carol Frye, Diane Rigsbee, Jamie Dunn, Meredith Wayant and Anita Worden bringing 160 combined years of Safety, Health and Loss Control Experience.
This session will run from 10:30 AM to 2PM with breaks and lunch.
One MSAP Bonus Point will be given for attending this training.
